Our practice has been running for 25 years. During this time we have successfully completed a number of developments. Our practice has predominantly specialized in projects of a leisure and residential nature, but has in no way been limited to this.
Our firm was the first in the country to convert commercial space into “Interim Housing”, in the Johannesburg city centre. We have completed a commercially viable conversion from office space to housing in Joubert Park. We have successfully completed a number of very large luxury homes in Hyde Park, Sandhurst, Kyalami, Zimbali, Knysna, Natal Midlands and off- shore, as well as a middle income housing project in Rustenberg and upper income housing in Hyde Park. Our leisure side to our practice has included the design and execution of almost 20 game lodges, boutique hotels, and 10 villas on an island. We specialize in aesthetically pleasing, environmentally appropriate, energy- efficient buildings. We take a versatile, transformative approach to design, considering the needs of the client, appropriate material use and the overall impact of the structure on the site. Our attention to detail is what sets our buildings apart.
