Kay and Monty Vineyards, the Crags, Plettenberg Bay, formerly Rare Earth Vineyards, Tasting Room:We were tasked to turn an old orchid greenhouse into a functional tasting room. We utilized the existing steel portal structure and added inter alia an acoustic ceiling, glass and brickwork where to ensure an appropriate barn-type building that over looks views of green farmland, horse paddocks, vineyards and a beautiful small lake.
